Financing & Credit Consent

When you submit a financing application on this site, you authorize Auto Giants, and Driveline as its technology service provider, to collect and use the information you provide in order to evaluate financing options, contact you about your application, and work with the lenders and finance partners we select on your behalf.

To assess financing, Auto Giants or its finance partners may need to obtain credit, financial, and related personal information about you, including a credit or consumer report from a credit bureau or reporting agency. Depending on the lender and stage of your application this may be a soft or a hard inquiry. Where a hard inquiry may affect your credit score, that will be disclosed to you before it is made.

You confirm that the information you submit is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay your application or cause it to be declined or withdrawn.

Your application may be shared with authorized Auto Giants managers, Driveline support staff, agents and service providers involved in the application process, credit bureaus and reporting agencies, and the lenders, finance sources, and aftermarket providers we engage to assess credit availability and arrange financing. Your information may also be disclosed to our website and related service providers so that we can access it, and may be retained so that it can be used if you later choose to apply for credit with us. We do not sell your application information.

You may separately choose to receive commercial electronic messages from Auto Giants, Driveline, and their service providers about vehicles, financing products, and related offers. That consent is optional, is not required in order to submit an application, and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting the sender.

If you leave the application before submitting it, your progress may be saved securely so you can continue later. An unsubmitted application is not treated as a request for credit and is deleted after a period of inactivity.

To withdraw a pending application or consent, or ask how your information is being used, contact Auto Giants at info@autogiants.ca. Withdrawal may not be possible once a lender has already acted on your application. Information submitted through financing applications is also handled under our Privacy Policy.
